🧹 Room Cleaning
Cleaning service is provided daily. If you wish, and in support of our sustainability policy, we encourage you to request the service every 2 or 3 days. Please inform reception of your preference (ext. 9).
🛏️ Your Room
To ensure your comfort, bed linen is changed every 2 days. If you prefer a different frequency, simply let our reception team know (dial 9).
🚿 Your Bathroom
Towel on the rack = I’ll use it again.
Towel in the bath or shower = Please replace it.
🧴 Amenities
Need extra toiletries? We’re happy to help—just call reception (dial 9).
🍫 Turn Down Service
If you would like the evening turn down service, we will prepare your room for the night by opening the beds and changing the towels if they are on the floor. We will also leave a small chocolate as a courtesy.
If you prefer not to have the service, you can still request just the chocolate.
